We have online Team Registration/Check In that is REQUIRED
Tournament Headquarters will be located at 2 facilities - Hal and Berni Hanson Regional Park (at the concession bulding between fields "6/7" and "5" on the field map.) Philip A Bolen Memorial Park (located at the pavilion area between field 12 and 14 field map.)

If teams do not check in online, they will be required to check in at tournament headquarters before their first game and will be charged a $100 fee for in person check in.
We strongly encourage electronic check in by the date above. Teams will not be eligible to play without a stamp approved roster from check in.
HOTEL POLICY: This is a "stay and play" tournament which means that all traveling teams are required to use our official housing link, that can be found HERE.
All teams must meet a minimum requirement of reserved rooms: 8 rooms for 11v11 teams and 6 rooms for Under 9 to Under 12. Local teams will need a Tournament Director approval to commute daily.

You will upload into GOTSPORT all of the following -

- Step 1: Complete your team roster

Log into your Gotsport account by going to system.gotsport.com

Your team has two rosters. A team roster and a Copa Rayados California roster. Players listed on the team roster are not eligible for the Copa Rayados California. Only players listed on the Copa Rayados California roster are eligible.

Team Rosters must be for the Copa Rayados California. There are a number of tournaments each year, so be careful to select the correct one.

Players may only be rostered to one team. Tournament Rules.

Please make sure that your player number is accurate. This will make the pre-game check in much easier for our field marshals and your team.

Don’t forget to add the coaches to your Copa Rayados California Roster

IMPORTANT! If there is even a remote chance a player will be playing the tournament, add them to the roster. You do not want a player to show up to play and not be eligible because they were not put on the roster.

DO NOT EMAIL ROSTERS. OFFICIAL ROSTERS ARE CREATED IN GOTSPORT. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT EMAILED ROSTERS.

If there are changes to your roster after the credentials deadline teams MUST notify Brandon via email at: brandon@premiersoccerservices.com. After confirmation of your initial check-in, your roster is locked and you will need to contact to update your roster.

Step 2: Upload an Image of your player passes

Lay out your player passes in the order they appear on your roster in rows of 3. Take a picture of the passes or save as a PDF or .jpg file. Upload the image of your passes into your GotSport application. Instructions to do so are found HERE. Please confirm that the image is clear and large enough to read all of the information on the cards.

The image/upload of a player passes does not make the player eligible. Only players listed on the Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup ROSTER are eligible.

All player passes must match your roster. If a player is not on the roster, do not include their pass.

We accept passes from USYS, US Club, USSSA, AYSO and SAY. For international teams, we accept passport picture page images.

IMPORTANT: If you add players or make changes, you do not need to re-upload your entire team, simply email the new or changed players to brandon@premiersoccerservices.com.

Step 3: If you will be using guest players, upload an image of your guest player passes with their guest player permission form.

Guest player forms come from the player’s home association and require the signature of their current coach. They are also available here.

Guest player passes must be uploaded and have them bring the pass with them.

IMPORTANT: You are allowed a maximum of 5 guest players. Anymore than 5 they will not be allowed to play.

Step 4: Once your player passes and GotSport event roster has been checked, you will need to check your Match card to ensure that ALL players playing are on your photo match card.

Once your team is checked in, you will receive a copy of your roster by email. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ROSTER CAREFULLY, Players not listed will not be eligible to play.

If any player is NOT on your match card, that means the player has not yet been approved/checked in.

THERE ARE NO ROSTER CHANGES ALLOWED AFTER THE ROSTER FREEZE DATE
- NOTE: MLS NEXT teams are not required to have player cards per MLS Next Policies but should have the player photo on the roster in lieu of the card.
- ONLY FOR MLS NEXT TEAM ROSTERS - You will need to enter all of your players into GOTSPORT with head shot photos and jersey numbers to be used as your roster. Once this is completed you can generate a roster from Gotsport and submit it. A Screenshot of the KITMAN Labs Roster will be used as players card to verify eligibility. Teams will receive Electronic Check In confirmation email if all documents were correct and approved with further instructions of what to do (see below). This will be emailed to the listed PRIMARY CONTACT on the Gotsport tournament team registration - if this needs to be a different person, please update your Gotsport contact information.
APPROVED ROSTER PICKUP
In Person Check In will have to be done at the following times below (this is required for teams who did not check in online and will complete your check in here) -

Friday evening before your first game or Saturday morning before your first game
You will receive your copies of your the tournament approved roster and a team bag with tournament water bottles for the players.
Game Procedures: Teams will be responsible for having all rosters, player cards, and other documents at the field. Teams will provide a stamped approved roster to the game officials of each game in addition to the player cards/coach cards. Teams must be at the fields with all documents a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the matches.
OPTIONAL FORM - Player Recommendation form for U13s and older for Monterrey Rayados Scouts - HERE
CF Monterrey Rayados will be scouting for top talent to identify. Specifically, the club is looking for players in the Under 13 - Under 19 age groups that are Mexican or Mexican American. This may lead to additional opportunities.
